“Synthetic Sunset” constructs an imagined architectural landscape through geometry, artificial light and saturated colour. A monumental glowing form dominates the horizon while rigid structures and reflective water create a carefully ordered sense of depth. By combining familiar elements of architecture and landscape with deliberately unreal proportions and colour, Bennett creates a space that feels simultaneously recognizable and impossible.
